Testing

 

Every product manufactured by Telamco passes through many testing processes along the production flow.

 

HeatSeal adhesives are tested for bond strengths throughout the process.

 

Each button on every keypad is electrically tested for functionality, and loop resistance.

 

The resulting contact resistance is measured and recorded for every membrane switch during the 100% electrical testing process.
